Love this stuff
I have been using this for over a year and love it! I notice a difference if I forget to take it for sure. I have three little kids so life can get hectic and stressful this helps me relax and sleep great.

Would purchase again
After doing a lot of research, this seemed to be the best value for an appropriate dose. I like that I can just take two capsules and get both things instead of having more pills and bottles!

Worth every penny!
