Very blueberry
The flavor is truly blueberry, not just sweet and maybe some sort of berry. I love the crunch, I love that a serving is a full cup! I love that it is diabetic friendly for me. It’s nice to have the convenience of cereal again.

All these cereals taste the same with a flavor coating, it tastes great for about 5 seconds and then the after taste hits you. Its like they imagined what fake cereal would taste like and said yeah let's make that. It might help you lose weight and fight cravings but it will do so by making you slightly nauseous and unable to even think about eating another bowl. I will stick to my "unhealthy" full carb and sugar versions.
