The LUXE Bidet® NEO 320 Plus is a warm water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with a mode selection knob and a lever that can control the water temperature & pressure.
NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.
For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

I cant really rate it because I havent opened it yet. I have decided I would like to return it. Im having surgery and thought it would be good to use but my doctor said he wouldnt advise using one. How do I go about returning this item?

Luxe bidets are the absolute
Luxe bidets are the absolute best! I am on my third one, not from breakage or any malfunction, only because I moved. My last Luxe Bidet I had for 4 years and it was still in perfect working order. The one I had before that was about the same length of time and also in excellent working order. Never had a problem with installation or any function. Luxe Bidets are the best on the market and a very reasonable price. I will never be without a Luxe Bidet and don't know how I didn't discover it sooner.

Overall Satisfied
Overall satisfied with new NEO 320. I replaced a Luxe Bidet 120 and was disappointed the fitting sizes had changed making the install a little more difficult.
