Best product and service forever
I am Luxe family. Owning their products since 2017. Great products and service. I purchased kohler brand and installation was bad, so return it and buy again neo 120. I will never try any other brand. You guys take care of customers and thinking small details for installation required, everything is in packaging.

Owned one previously and the plastic tee developed leakage and no way to fix. . opted for a brass tee at the shutoff valve but after awhile the whole unit got plugged up and so the system was trashed . . purchased one more and lo and behold you wised up and supplied a stainless steel tee …. we will see how long it lasts this time

I love the settings it has on there to where it doesn't go to fast but it can if you want it to! ;) I love how clean and refreshed I feel afterwards. We have one for every bathroom in the house. It's so good for even kids especially when teaching them how to clean themselves properly. I would recommend this to any and everyone!
