Bad instructions, cheap feel

Paper in the box says 175 lbs max, which is different than the listing. Instructions are terrible, the image shows the center panels wrong and doesn’t indicate that you have to put the back on before tightening the outer panels. Underside of the bench arrived torn. Cheap feel overall. Instructions also say 5 minutes to assemble, which must be a joke.

Great bench but instructions not so clear

I was able to assemble in 15 min. some screws did not fit. baskets were hard to put together but over all I love it. fits perfect by the front door. it was gifted to me as a house warming gift

Meh...

This bench is average and the instructions are inaccurate. One of our middle boards didn’t have the in-line nuts so the screws could be secured.

Great size, not great color

Good bench, not so good baskets.

The bad- knocking off 1 star for 2 reasons. 1. Set up was a pain. The instructions could have been a little clearer. I had to unstrew a couple of times because it wasn’t as clear as it should have been and I didn’t like that. It should have taken 5mins, it took 15. 2. the baskets are not great. They looks like they will fall apart pretty quickly and easily. The good- overall, the bench is actually pretty sturdy. The foam on top looks good and It can carry weight. If you can get over the initial set up annoyance and the annoying basket (and you should, cos they are not the main components & can be easily replaced), it’s a good buy.

Washed natural pine- not as advertised in picture

I purchased this bench in washed natural pine, but the actual color is not what is pictured online. The color is more of a light brown color that does not have a natural wood appearance. The bench itself feels sturdy and it was not hard to put together. I also like the storage bins that come with it.
