Lack of Customer Service and Response
I’ve inquired 3 times over the span of a month about an exchange for a size and never received any response. I’ve paid $80 for bracelets that cannot be worn, it clearly states the exchange policy on the website, which I’ve abided by and have not received any acknowledgement or assistance.
