No resistance

Was really hoping this was useful. It is not. It is basically just a bar, the bands are too loose and offer no resistance and therefore are useless.

Bands are weak

The bands do not hold resistance. I’ve twisted them around the pole ALOT of times and no resistance. Gaiam’s is wayyy better.

Lightweight

I ended up bringing this back. The bands didn’t have much resistance I would have had to loop them around the bar 5 or 6 times to get any. I felt I needed a little more than that. Great idea if you’re a beginner who needs little resistance!

Amazing

Easy to assemble and use. For the price, this is one of the most sturdy and efficient things in my home gym. I have really terrible anxiety and the thought of working out in a public gym kept me inactive for a long time, but this thing gives me quite literally the best workout of my life. Don’t hesitate to buy.
