  • A: Yes. The 14 x 18 inches refers to the size of the photo the frame can hold without a mat. With the mat, the visible area is 10 x 13 inches, so your image should be that size to fit within the mat opening.

Arrived Broken... Twice

I ordered this frame and it arrived broken in piecess the first time. I ordered an replacement frame and the it arrived broken again (less pieces thoough). Although the packaging seems ok, the frame is very light and is very poor quality. I do not reccommend.
