Water tastes great
I like the appearance, the clean taste, the speed at which the water filters through and the capacity. My only complaint is that the spigot drips when not in use. I have to keep a bowl under it to avoid a puddle on my counter. Please correct this flaw for the future

Excellent water
I love the water from this filter and I love the design and high capacity. I can fill it in the morning and don't need to fill it again for the next day for our small family. I only take away one star because I am on my third item. As much as I love it, the design seems to be prone to developing leaks - at least based on my first two. The company is so amazing about replacing any time there is an issue - and I love the water and convenience - but I do worry this one will also develop a leak now which somewhat takes away my enjoyment.

Leaks way too much
I will be returning this product. I've reached out to LifeStraw twice and haven't received a response. It leaked so much it damaged my furniture that was next to my kitchen counter. The taste is ok but I am just very upset that it did not work out. I waited months before making a decision and they had a cyber Monday sale I thought it was a perfect time to buy, but disappointed.

Works very well!

Good Water
Our family has had this a week. We’ve had typically pitchers and faucet attachments in the past. This countertop model works great. Water filters slower going through two filters instead of one but we have no issues keeping it full. I’m glad for the extra layer of filtering. I also like that buying filters helps fund water programs.

Fantastic!
I have had a lifestraw pitcher for years, but wanted something with more capacity for washing vegetables, making coffee and cooking. My new large capacity dispenser is great! Once you have it full, it’s enough to last a full day or days, if it is a 2 person household. Easy to fill, filters fast, I love it!

Great taste, stubborn spout
Love the filtration system, wish the spout was one where I didn’t have to hold it to release water. It makes it challenging to do things like brush my teeth or fill up pots while cooking.
