Bad product
I purchased this mop as a replacement for another brand mop that is similar. I really liked the other mop but it had gotten old so I was happy to find this one at Target. However, when I removed the packaging from the mop head -it fell off. Both my husband and I tried to attach the sponge back on the mop but no matter what we did, we couldn't get it on properly. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews at the time of purchase until after we had this problem and now see others have had a similar experience. It's too bad because it's exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully Libman produces a better version.

Nightmare
This is such an inferior product I can't believe they put it on the market. It rings out so tight that it doesn't clean and leaves streaks. The scratchy pads make the rest of the mop unable to contact the floor. Additionally it isn't easy to ring out. I was delivered TWO of these in the same order and charged twice for delivery. I'm a small senior woman and had to return one immediately. They were each in a huge carton that barely fit in my car. What a struggle. Then Target charged me twice for delivery.

Leaves dark streaks.
Leaves dark streaks, does not clean. Very disappointed. Scrub brush is a hard slick plastic that is ineffective. The mop is hard to push. Surprised tha Libman would sell such a low quality product. It looks nice but doesn’t clean. I would not recommend.

I couldn't find a refill for my sponge mop that I've had forever so I decided to get a whole new mop. It's ok. The handle is a little shorter than my old mop and it doesn't feel as sturdy. Guess they don't make mops like they used to.

Works but Takes a Lot of Effort
This mop works, and I bought it mainly for the scrub brush, but it takes a lot of effort. The brush area is really small and the bristles feel too firm, so scrubbing can be tiring. The sponge is fine, but overall it’s not as easy to use as I hoped

Product disfunctional after 3-4 uses.
Used only 3-4 times and spong/scrub fell out of rollers. Rollers don't seem to open/close to squeeze sponge when use device on pole. Obviously "squeezer handle"not working.

Worst.Mop.Ever
I would be better off using the mop head as a handheld sponge on my hands and knees. In order to get the mop head to slide across the floor at all, you have to push hard enough that the mop head pops out of the holder, or you have to hold the squeeze/release handle in a perfect position while you mop, which is as uncomfortable as it is inconvenient. Unfortunately, it was the only "damp mop" style that Target had when I needed one. I don't want the disposable swiffer-type, or the big ball of yarn wet mop type. I see it's now no longer sold. Not surprising.
