Q: I noticed based on reviews many people bought this for their 3-4 year olds. Do you think this set is good for 6-8 year olds? Is it something they will play with for more than 1 year at this age?

  • A: I started buying the little woodzeez sets when my daughter was around 4 . She's 6 and she still plays with them pretty much every day. We are getting her this house for Christmas. I think it's probably more age appropriate for 6-9 year olds than for 3 year olds (although at 4 she did love them) :)

  • A: Yes, we use this with our Calico Critters. They are a perfect fit. I prefer the Li'l Woodzeez furniture and accessories (for cuteness, quality, and price), but we like the Calico Critter animals better (notably higher quality and less portly, so they seem to fit the furniture better).

Q: Does the furniture now come in a cardboard box placed inside cottage rather than in plastic? I don't see any furniture through windows. Don't want to cut open because giving as a gift.

Q: Hello, I wish to gift this to my niece but it’s nit fitting in my checkin bag. How can i separate the 2 units? I can see a rod holding the two units together, is it possible to disassemble the rod and then assemble it back later? If yes, how can i do so?

    Very awesome miniature house!!!

    My daughter and I decided to use it with Bluey characters. They fit perfectly and they "babysit" the Li'l Woodzeez babies. It was a lot of fun. We also have the Market, which is absolutely adorable!

    Very impressed with this doll house. It's spacious, but still folds making it eady to move and store. It has working lights, great furniture and is very durable. I got it at an incredible price and their was no assembly

    Hi Melynda - We are so happy to hear that your daughter loves the Li'l Woodzeez Honeysuckle Hillside Cottage as much as we do! For the lights to work, you need to install 3 AAA batteries (not included). The battery compartment is on the underside of the cottage base. The on/off switch is in the alcove by the bay window of the cottage. Full instructions can be downloaded from the Li'l Woodzeez website. Just search for the cottage and click on the link! Have fun!
