I dont want to go through the hassle of having to pack up this toy to exchange it since she loves playing with it everyday. Can you mail replacement parts for the missing items?

A: I recently bought this and there was no dance floor or chattermax. My kid was really disappointed. The 15 accessories were the furnitures (3 beds, 1 bathtub, 1 dunny, 1 kitchen, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 sofa, 2 sofa cushions) and 1 Muffins cone plus a sticker sheet. Hope this helps.

This is very underwhelming for the cost. I expected to see lights and sounds come from places other than just the bedroom. Maybe it did state that in the description and I missed it. Purchased for our 7 year old for Christmas and the most play it has received so far was a dinosaur attack. The stickers are a lame and unnecessary addition. If I wasn't able to get this at a discounted price via the app, I would have absolutely returned it. I definitely suggest you get a family pack and maybe the car if you plan to purchase this house.

My daughter received this as a gift for Christmas. I cannot believe how much they’re charging for this house! It should be around $40, MAYBE. The color isn’t red, it’s a dark pink roof and flooring, the sounds and lights are short lived and can only go off with flipping the switch up and down manually, and Bingo isn’t even included! All of the pieces are lightweight junk, and the stickers?!? There are no indications of where they even go and they don’t make any sense. I am disappointed in the quality of this thing and how much people are spending on it. What an absolute rip off! Not worth it at all.

Theres no bingo. The photo shows ornage floors but theyre pink. Upsetting to my boy who's fav character is bingo and fav color is orange.
Very upsetting this is a bluey house with no bingo included. Yet bingo is all over the cover. The floors in the photo of the box are orange. The floors in the house itself are pink. The roof looks red in the photos. They’re pink too. Very upsetting to my boy who wanted this for Christmas. His favorite color is orange and character is bingo. I know it says the ‘3 listed’ in this toy but at first glance it seems like bingo (who should be included over muffin or socks). Upsetting the cover completely deceives what was opened.

Low review because of bad shipping
The item itself is great I haven't opened it yet because it is a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the box came pretty beat up and it was not put in a regular cardboard box to ship it was just shipped in the box the toy comes in. So is December 17th and this shows up on my porch luckily my daughter wasn't here and my neighbor ran outside to put a blanket over the toy because she noticed it was sitting on the porch not in a box. It is Christmas time come on man y'all know the deal. And then on top of that it looks like it's a returned the box is all taped up on top it is smashed it is torn it looks like it's been passed around for a long time.

The entire family is not included, must purchase separately.
Disappointed that the entire family is not included in this set. Only contains Bluey and two friends. At this price, should include the other family members. Ended up purchasing the family in a separate box for an additional $15 so my grandson wasn't disappointed. Now he has 2 Bluey's.

Needs improvement
The house itself is good quality. The accessories however feel cheap considering how expensive it is. My sons cousins have the smaller house yet the accessories that came with theirs feel much better in quality which to me should be the opposite. Also i wish it came with at least a little ladder or stairs. My biggest issue is that i wish the light could be turned on without music. My son is autistic and doesn't like music but loves lights but sadly can't use that feature. To be honest i wish i would have just ordered the smaller one.
