Lost in Shipping

I waited almost three weeks for it to arrive in the mail, only to call and find out that it had been lost in mail and reported missing by the postal service. If I hadn’t of called I wouldn’t have known. It’s now Christmas time and no gift. I don’t have time to order a different one.

Sound Machine

I bought this sound machine last. Year and just love this thing!! I visited my daughter a couple months ago so I bout her one for Christmas. She kept telling me she loved the sound and keeps talking about it, that's why I bought one for her. You definitely won't be disappointed in purchasing one!!

Not Buying from 3rd Party Sellers Again

For some reason, the 3rd party seller, which is located in Florida, shipped my item to New York, where there's a winter storm, and I'm in Louisiana. I suspect this was truly a drop shipment. Now I'm stuck waiting over two weeks before I can cancel/return and get my money back. No wonder it was sold at a deep discount. It was a trap! I blame Target just as much as the seller for this unfulfilling retail experience and will not be making this mistake again.

232 Inc never sent the items. They “created” the shipping label to complete their end and get paid. Over a week and no product. Thank you to Target for resolving this quickly.

Died after using twice

At first I thought this was the best noise machine and was really happy with my purchase. I used it for two nights to sleep and it stopped working on the third night. Tried to troubleshoot and nothing worked. Really disappointing.

I love the light, it’s enough for a night light but not too bright . It’s easy to turn on and off. Downside is the cord attaching is very fragile and easy to break.

Best sound machine yet

Love this sound machine! As a mom of 2 I have had experience with several different sound machines now. This is definitely the best so far. I love all the different sound options, it can get loud, the night light is perfectly dim for night time feedings with a newborn, and overall it’s super easy to use!
