Good variety

Not worth your money
There is no way there were tested the extra heavy band is extremely flimsy and for a beginner very easy to master. The extra light and light are not even worth having.

Not anti-slip
This is not the anti-slip bands. It’s the standard. I can see because they marked the standard box on the package that was sent to me. In the product description above, it shows the weight specifications for the standard bands, but the title says anti- slip. It also says for the anti-slip bands that there are anti-slip patterns on the inside, and these ones did not have that. They are completely smooth like the outside. The ones I got also has the bag for the standard bands and not the bag pictured above. This is misleading and is just overcharging people for the standard bands. I’m going to return because the whole point of buying these was for the anti-slip feature.
