I will say this is my 4th month on them and they actually do work . It wasnt until a couple weeks in when I started noticing I was going almost all day without eating . It'd be like 4p and id be like wait did I eat today . I took a month off and was eating everything all day like normal before so I will say they work and ive even referred them to others .

Cautiously Optimistic
A friend recommended the Lemme GLP-1 & Lemme Burn capsule. I ordered a six month supply & they threw in Lemme Matcha & Lemme Debloat for free. I just subscribed for the Matcha gummy & capsule debloat because they appear to work. I finished the first 30 days of the GLP-1 & Burn and I have lost 5lbs. I was stuck at 139-140 & now I am at 135. I am starting my next 30 days. The fact that I have reordered is a sign that even though the Kardashian's are a TV personality, they do have some good supplements. I do have less cravings and smaller appetite since taking the Lemme Burn & GLP-1. I am cautiously optimistic that this is the real thing. So far, so good.

I like the gummies, but these made me stomach so upset I was on the porcelain God for hours each time, had to be near a bathroom at all times. Massive stomach cramps, pains and diarrhea! Resulted in massive fatigue. I eat really healthy. So this was scary. After three days of the same thing, and this was the only thing different I took. I stopped. Please be careful taking these and be near a toilet the first few days you take them so you don’t find yourself in a pickle like I most did! Lol. Good luck everyone!

Dangerous for those who have anxiety and also consume caffeine
I had a trip to the hospital gate taking these. It was so traumatizing, I quit and threw the entire bottle away as well as stopped drinking green tea or any caffeine for that matter. After taking these, and then my daily green tea I had to go to urgent care where they did a routine check and rushed me into an ekg and called an ambulance because my heart rate / blood pressure was at heart attack level.I have anxiety already but this was so bad.. thankfully it led me to meet with a therapist to regulate the panic I have of ever going through something like this again. I can’t say this would happen often but I really find it discouraging that they don’t do more testing or elaborate how it can affect truly anxious people or those who drink caffeine daily. Even if you think this is already and unhealthy lifestyle, everyone deserves quality and thorough testing as well as transparency. I was extremely disappointed and it has led to and event that had lit a fire in my anxiety. I’m really disappointed that a wellness brand has led to one of the least healthiest moments in my life. I really think they could do better when it comes to testing and including side effects.

I’ve been taking this for a while along with the GLP1 Lemme and have had zero results even though I paired it with diet and exercise. Super bummed because this wasn’t a cheap regimen.
