Our Ulu knife and bowl set is the fastest way to chop and dice. The Ulu knifes crescent-shaped blade is much more practical than long knives for chopping and mincing. Rock back and forth to swiftly dice vegetables, herbs and garlic. Simple rocking motion means the knife never stops slicing. Fits perfectly in the curved hardwood bowl for super efficient dicing. Turn bowl over for a flat cutting surface. Used by the native people of Alaska for centuries. Knife has razor-sharp stainless steel blade (6 inches L).     Always wanted this !

    I have always wanted this, and finally bought it. So far all I have tried with it is onions. Hope to use it more and explore what it can and cannot handle in the near future. It is very sturdy, and well made. I have used the bottom of it to cut both ends off the onion and then flipped it over and used the curved cutting board to slice and chop the onion. The ulu knife is VERY sharp. I highly recommend this product to anyone, especially those on the fence. Great product !!
