LEGO Technic Bugatti Bolide Racing Car Building Set - Model and Race Engineer

The box had multiple missing pieces which made it impossible for me to complete since I didn’t have the pieces in my personal collection

It's a nice looking car...but my boyfriend is having trouble putting steps 37-68 together. Not the little pieces, but the big parts. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but if you did, please help us out. Thank you in advance!

build number 3 of the 4 i bought together in this series (Corvette and Koningsegg already complete). This is the least intuitive of the car builds I've done, in places i couldn't tell what I was doing nor where the section should be fitted to the body. I made one glaring mistake (my fault, connector 90 degrees out) and had to prise a number of pieces apart to correct. Wasn't fun and I couldn't unpick the pieces because I had pushed a pin in that fixed things in place. Many sections are only held in place at one end, you might expect this to make the car more fragile but it seems to have more solidity than i had been expecting. The instructions are generally good, but more close-up images of fixing point would have been useful. The whole set came in 4 bags (5 for Corvette, 7 for koeningsegg) this can mean there is a bit of hunting for pieces early in each bag - i would have preferred more separation. Stickers - less said the better but i found the stickers on the lower bumper section pretty much impossible to place. Overall it looks pretty good, build was OK, so I gave a 4 out of 5 rating

Enjoyed putting this together. Really one of my first bigger technic builds. Really enjoyed it alot and Love result.

This is the second model my nephew and I have completed this week. He has been recovering from an injury that affects his fine motor skills and he has thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. Another epic model. Bravo Lego

Building the "Technic Bugatti Bolide", was a surprisingly calming and a fun experience. The details and step by step process helped me focus and really help clear my mind. It helped me really understand what was happening. Watching the car take shape, from the W16 engine to the sleek body, was really satisfying. When I finished I was not only amazed by the model but also felt refreshed and accomplished. It’s a perfect build for anyone looking to relax while creating something truly impressive.

I like the color and length of this car. It is yellow and black and about 1 ft. It looks really cool, especially the brake lights. They are in a cross-like shape.

Can’t finish building something when there’s multiple Missing pieces!

some of the in instructions pages are confusing but it turns out I was just dumb mostly. I'd say most of the bad reviews are just people not seeing the instructions right or sets to hard for them. It was a great build and lots of fun.

I found the assembly instructions lacking when it came to placing completed sub-assemblies onto the model as the assembly progressed. Being that the model is very intricate I found myself using a magnifying glass at times. If LEGO would consider highlighting these areas it would be a great improvement. Overall the finished model is a wonderful display piece and results in many positive and complimentary comments when visitors spot it.

The car itself is great when built BUT the main problem is the stickers and some of the building is hard going for a small toy me and the wife did it and tbh I’ve no patience when it comes to this type I’ve done others but this was the worse yet for building

Although this is a nice looking car when finished, many of the pieces were very tight and a lot of them were unnecessary. The engine pistons that go up and down are hidden behind so many other pieces that it’s really not worth the trouble to build them. You’d be much better off spending your money on the Senna McLaren F4/4 car.

Nice price, nice car, mediocre instructions and 3 missing pieces (and no, I didn’t loose them)

After 3 weeks of this build, I'm extremely irritated. The engine is NOT enjoyable to assemble and does not work correctly after numerous attempts. I even tried the app to no success. I've had to pause and move on to my next build. Maybe one day I will return to it. This is absolutely the most frustrating build I've had in decades.

It’s a great product and I loved building it. And my niece was super excited och loved it

I definitely would recommend this, one the of the best Lego sets I've ever bought and very fun to assemble

I really enjoyed building this set. It was a little tricky in a few places but the 3D in the app made things clear. The finished set looks really good. It's surprising this was rated 9+. I usually only do 18+ sets and this was more difficult than some of them.

Building the Lego was good and I did everything right.Then when I tried to roll it the engine did not move making it impossible to roll or play with.After rebuilding the engine the same thing happend again.This was very disappointing.
