Lovely Set
This set showcases the design and engineering marvel you expect from this level of Lego products. This was a gift, and the yellow and gold had to grow on me. The finished set is charming in person. And, yes, some of those individual petals require care in assembly to make sure they stay together, but I don't understand some of the poor reviews below commenting on the lack of stability or pieces shedding. Not my experience at all -- highly recommended!

Pretty but Not Enjoyable
Had this been my first set, it would probably be my last. This was not an easy build in that the frame on the back kept losing pieces and coming apart while I was trying to put the front side together. It was extremely frustrating! Rather than being fun or relaxing, I found building the flowers to be tedious and the colors are very bland. It is pretty once put together and I'm glad I have it in my collection, but I'm more glad that it was a gift and that I didn't buy it myself.

Sunflowers
Definitely a fun build. I enjoyed this was a bigger piece then starry night and also happy I have both sets now. The layering to build the sunflowers out was the most fun

Beautiful, Not meant for Hanging
Absolutely enjoyed building this. Very disappointed in durability for hanging on a wall. It fell apart and pieces continue to fall off. Do not hang on a wall until you methodically glue key pieces together at the stress point where the black Lego wall hanger is located on the back. There is no way this was meant for hanging on a wall. Very disappointed.

We're sorry for the disappointment with your Sunflowers wall art set. Gluing pieces together shouldn't be a necessary step to displaying it, so we'd like to get more info and provide troubleshooting at LEGO.build/Service-BV.

A treat to build
As a deep admirer of Van Gogh's work, I loved the podcast that accompanied this set as well as the nod to Van Gogh's process throughout the build. The experience building this set was so enjoyable that I couldn't stop talking about it!

Mix feelings
I want to start by saying this set is absolutely beautiful once it’s finished — it looks amazing on my wall! However, putting it together was quite a challenge. The back of the frame kept coming off, and some of the flowers were really difficult to keep in place. But in the end, I made it work, and it turned out to be a stunning piece of decor

This is a gift from my son since my favorite flower is sunflower. It was a 'ray of sunshine' building a Van Gogh masterpiece. Easy, inspiring, beautiful! Buy it!

Enjoyable experience
I built the sunflowers over a couple of days, not sure exactly how long it took me, but something like 6 hrs I guess. The build phase can really be split into 2 phases, frame and base, then flowers. The frame and base section is simple, and while I suspect some will find it boring I quite enjoyed it. The box is split into 34 bags, the frame and base take you to approx 23; i liked that there were so many bags - it makes it easier to manage the build breaks and find the pieces; only a couple of the bags had more than 1 small bag inside (although I would have liked one of the frame ones to have been better split). The only bit of the build I didn't enjoy was the 7 Sunflowers where it asked you to build each 'petal' of 4-5 pieces (in many cases 20 of them); what i did enjoy was the variety of styles for the other flowers. I really like the end result, the layered/textured image is beautiful to admire (I have built Starry Night as well, not sure which of them i prefer). Mine is currently displayed on small picture frames and that works well, i wouldn't fancy fixing to the wall, despite the fact the frame does a good job of being solid (it's way easier to move than Milky Way which I've also built).

Broken box
The package I received is double boxed with the inner shipping box as well as the lego box being broken. Apparently Target's shipping team/parter noticed the pakcage was broken but decided to cover it up and proceed with the shipping. I bought it as a wedding gift. Have to return it... If you are buying it as a time sensitive gift, be awere of the potential shipping damage.

Got my mom into legos.
I purchased this for my 65 year old mother who lives 500 miles away. She loves sunflowers and puzzles. My Dad sent me photos of my Mom putting together this piece and was a bit jealous that he wasn't allowed to help. They now have it hanging up in their house and it does look pretty good as art on the wall. They say it reminds them of me as they only get to see me once or twice per year now.

Satisfying build, lovely result
I really enjoyed the build of Sunflowers. There were a few repetitive sections, but I quite enjoy that part of Lego building. Putting the individual flowers together was not too complicated, with just enough challenge. I can’t get it on the wall, it seems too heavy, so I have it propped up instead. It often gets noticed on my Zoom calls at work and people are amazed it is Lego. I like how a few reviews are from novice builders, it makes a good entry level build whilst delivering a stunning finished product.

Frame
I loved this build and I love how it looks when finished. I do have critique. You build the frame first and the frame just sits around until the last step you put the picture in. I found this really annoying to have to find a flat safe space to leave the frame. The frame is pretty easy to put together and should be the last step. So the main build just has to have a safe flat space to spend a little time.

Amazing but the back is bad
I had so much fun building this set and it is stunning to look at but it has one drawback; the back. It is poorly engineered and is very, VERY fragile. To get it to stabilize, I had to use lego glue.
