A perfect substitute when I'm craving a chocolate dessert. With it's macros, I can easily fit into my my day without worrying about empty calories. With 20g of protein and 9g of fiber, this keeps me feeling full and satisfied for longer than any protein bar. Heated in the microwave for 10 seconds or so, this is chocolate perfection!

CHANGED RECIPE = BAD
I’m really sad and disappointed with the shrinkage and new recipe. Absolutely no filling anymore. Just a horribly dry, half covered chocolate dough. I never would have paid the premium for these had I known. They were amazing BEFORE. I will never buy these again sadly. No longer a good alternative. I honestly might give the rest of the box away.. that’s how bad.

Quality change has made them not worth the price.
They used to have a really nice, rich, ooey gooey center that was why I would get up for my 5 am shifts. The recipe must've changed because now it's more like a raw batter, gritty texture that doesn't look or act like how the original saucy center was. Not the worst thing but with that AND the pastry texture being changed as well, I think I'm done. When it goes from the fluffy cakey pastry to the crumbly or flaky--almost biscuit-like texture--it is now, I don't think it's worth the price in comparison to what it once was. They're not awful but not worth it.

For all of my health conditions and dietary needs — gluten free, insulin resistance, struggle getting enough protein from not being able to eat meat — I am SO grateful for products like this. As far as gluten free and keto friendly? About as yummy as it can get. Really helps me get up my protein intake on fatigue days. And the best part? Again, the taste! Shrunk! I’ve been getting these for over a year and they are so much smaller with like three sprinkles for the same price. It’s almost humorous that the boxes which used to fit them well now has them looking oh so small. It’s a shame the companies do this.

It tastes great, no denying that, but the package picture is incredibly deceptive. it looks far less appetizing and I genuinely hesitated to eat it at first. This is the only protein bar/snack that isn't textured like clay or sawdust.

I ordered these by accident. They are chocolatey, and not like PopTarts, as I assumed they would be. They're more of a compressed cake. Frosting was green and covered about half of it. Thay were fine, but won't order again.
