Great hands free option!
I love using these in the middle of the night with my Apectra pump. They give me the ability to feed baby while also pumping, and catch a few more much needed minutes of sleep! Took off one star just because there are so many pieces to hand clean.

These hurt!
I’m not a stranger to silicone I have the 19 mm inserts for this just like I use with my Imani. I use nipple butter before use but the silicone collection cups just hurt. I don’t get it bc they are similar to the Imani cups that don’t bother me but I’m so sad I wasted money on these instead of extra Imani cups and the caps to use with other pumps. I’ve heard great things a kit these but they must just not be for everyone.

The Most Comfortable Cups!
I have bought so many pumps and cups, and LM is by far the best, the cups are large capacity, the flanges are large and super comfortable for painless pumping, the parts are easy to put together and wash. I swear these cups help empty me out, I always get the most output with them. I just bought my second pair, so happy they are back in stock!

Don't buy.
Does not maintain airflow. When you plug the tubing in it pushes the rest of the internal parts in. Also, an insane amount of parts!!

I really had high hopes for these. If I could I would return them. The Y tubing constantly disconnects from the cups and the machine. I don’t feel like I get all that much suction from one tube I feel like you’d be better off with 2However the flange inserts work fantastic for other pumps

I have been using these for a few weeks now and I love how comfortable they are to wear and the silicone flanges are great. My only issue is I can’t put the parts in my dryer/sterilizer which makes using it multiple times a day impossible.

Doesn’t work for me
I wanted to love these so bad but unfortunately i hate them. I have troubleshooted over and over but these collection cups don’t do anything for me. I pump for double the time it normally takes me and get less than half the output i normally do. I’m super frustrated because now I’ve wasted all this money on them and cannot get refunded. So I don’t recommend.

So far, horrible results. For some reason they don’t start suctioning even when assembled correctly and put on accurately . I get the same output as the bottles when they do work. At this time troubleshooting is too annoying when it’s time to pump and I end up giving up and using bottles again. So annoying!

Solved all of my problems
I needed a more discrete option to pump at work and these are the best. Wearables were so ineffective at pumping that they ruined my supply but after I switched to these attached to my spectra pump my supply is finally coming back. Plus my hands are free to do other things during my pump breaks!

Overpriced
Was so excited to try out these wearable pumps to pair with my baby buddah pump, however I feel like it is made extremely cheap. The plastic cup is extremely fragile one drop and it’s probably a goner. I do like the pump but I would say it’s just “ok” definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed...

Do not buy this product, it’s extremely difficult to clean(so many little parts) and is poorly designed. The cups are huge and I gained zero mobility. Not worth it and they wouldn’t return / exchange if the product was opened - which how am I supposed to know if I like the product? Do you recommend save your $$ and use the cups that come with the machine.

I absolutely love these collection cups. I use them with my Spectra not only is it super convenient for nighttime and morning feeds to be able to be hands-free. It also has increased my supply and I get out almost 2 ounces more out of each breast. I love my legendary inserts. These flanges are just comfortable. I recommend them to all of my mommy friends. I 100% love these and have bought them twice already.

I really wanted to like these. The flange inserts are great but the duckbill valve is just not good. It doesn’t empty like it should so I get milk backing up. Comfort isn’t amazing but it’s fine.

Loved the idea of these. But when they arrived I realized the directions say to hand wash them only. Would have been perfect if I could put them in my bottle sterilizer like all my other pump parts... Just isn’t great for busy moms to have to hand wash all these parts after each use.
