Very poor policy

I even send pictures videos and they didn't trust me that the item I received was damaged they still wants me to return it and it was so hard and so heavy to bring it back to the storeis they supposed to trust me I cannot keep the broken one I should throw away but if they never give me my refund without inconvenience give me that much tension problems creation
