I love that the absorbent lining reaches up to the waistband! This prevents leaks when sleeping. I wear reusable cloth pads with these underwear and it works well. Runs small, so I recommend sizing up by one size.

I wear these to do high intensity workouts like running and other cardio. Good protection from leaks and they seem to be wearing well in the wash. I ordered a second set. I wish the fabric was a blend that made it smoother - the cotton is a bit scratchy and not completely seamless.

Like the feel,size is way smaller then chart explains,you need to buy at least 2x up the size they recommend. Couldn't wear long to binding

ordered 2X and they dont stay up so i couldn't wear them; maybe smaller sizes would work

The underwear is of great quality. But S was actually L. There is no sizing chart even. I still need these in my size. Please help.

Nicely made. However, the cotton lining stays soaking wet against your skin. Not so good.

I never write reviews but after using this leakwear, I just had to write it up. After the birth of my first child, I noticed that I would leak urine when I coughed, sneezed, laughed, or did any kind of jumping exercises. It was so embarrassing that I even spoke to my doctor about it. He told me that there was not much that I could do but that surgery was an option! Ummm...no thank you. A friend told me about this product when we were discussing the issue. I was hesitant to buy it because I've tried other products in the past that made me feel like I was wearing a diaper. However, I bought one figuring that if I didn’t like it, no big deal. Like another review said, this leakwear was a game changer! It feels like regular underwear but NOTHING goes through! I can wear whatever I want with complete confidence. I bought a few more pairs for myself and even bought some for my mom and sister. Amazing!

I have purchased these underwear for my daughter and me. They are comfortable, fit well, true to sizing, and have provided that protection from staining onto clothes. I feel more comfortable wearing this product than similar ones out there, and I have tried many of them. Worth the money. These work the way they should!!

I bought two of LeakWear's 2pks. I thought that the size was true to fit. In addition, the underwear absorbed flow quite well. I especially liked its full front coverage. This prevented leaking into my jeans. Would definitely buy more!

I never would have thought that in my mid-forties I would have incontinence issues. I figured I would give these to try since I am always afraid of "leaking" when I sneeze. sure enough, it does the trick. Going too order more so that I have them as backup when I have my period. Game changer for sure!!!

This is a great product-after multiple pregnancies my bladder control is not the way it once was, and sometimes I leak enough for it to go through my panties to my clothes, and these panties kept it from going through and showing a wet mark on my light colored khakis! It didn't feel wet against my skin, and my daughter used it with her pad and wore a white skirt with no worries that anything would show if her tampon or pad leaked during her period Thisnis a great product, highly recommend

Great underwear. Actually got for my daughter as back up period protection and did the job. Super comfortable she even wears through out the month. But when she needed them most they were their to protect her at school.
