Q: Does it have a laser sight to show where you’re aiming?

submitted by ELK - 1 month ago
  • A: It does not have a laser sight.

submitted byNSI Product Support Team - 1 month ago

  • A: You aim like you would a regular pistol by using the built-in iron sight. The "laser" in the name refers only to that it is for laser tag (though it uses a safe infra-red beam not actual laser beam).

submitted byPascual - 29 days ago
  • A: One of the reviews mentions that it does not.

Q: Does this pack include receivers?

submitted by Wanda - 1 month ago
  • A: The recievers are built into the front of the taggers, so there is no need for a separate vest or anything else like that.

submitted byPascual - 29 days ago
  • A: Yes. Laser X NXT has built-in receivers and hit indicators. No vests are required to play!

Q: Does it make a lot of noise?

submitted by Jr - 26 days ago
  • A: It definitely beeps and has arcade‑style sound effects. It’s not ear‑splitting, but the beeping is constant during games. If you’re sensitive to toy noise, you’ll notice it.

Q: Is the Lazarus harmful to one's body

submitted by George - 28 days ago
  • A: Laser X is safe for normal play and is not harmful to the body when used as directed. It does not use a real laser; it uses a low-power infrared beam similar to a TV remote, which is considered safe for skin and eyes in typical use. The main safety points are the same as with other toys: follow the age guidelines, supervise younger children, and avoid rough play or running in unsafe areas.

Q: Is this to play laser tag

Laser X has been part of our family game nights for almost 10 years

Laser X has been part of our family game nights for almost 10 years, and this Max set just keeps the tradition going strong. The 300-foot range is wild — you can play across the whole yard without losing hits. The reloading swipe is super cool, the lights make it exciting, and the kids always want “just one more round.” You don’t need vests, everything works together with our older Laser X sets, and it turns any boring day into hours of fast, hilarious competition.

The 300-foot range really does take the fun to the next level, and we’re so glad to hear the kids are loving the lights, reloading swipe, and endless rounds of competition. It’s awesome that the new set works seamlessly with your older Laser X gear — we love hearing how it’s bringing even more fun to your family traditions. Here’s to many more years of laughter, competition, and unforgettable game nights!

E-Waste

Stop making garbage that never even works the first time. I think things produced like this that don’t work more than 3 seconds out of the box should come with a $ penalty for the manufacturer.
1 reply from NSI Product Support Team team - 23 days ago
Sorry yours didn’t work properly out of the box—that’s really frustrating. These blasters should work correctly when set up with fresh batteries. If they stop after a few seconds, it may be a defective unit. Please email us at custserv@nsi-int.com, and we would be happy to help you. Please put "Target Review Follow Up " in the subject line, and let us know you published the review under the name "Cnutley."

Great Gift Idea for a 5-10 Year Old

We bought this as a gift for a 2nd grader and he loved it. y son was even jealous when we picked it up and has now added it to his Christmas list too. Great value for the price we paid (roughly $25).

Great toy

My son is six and we are enjoying this toy. I bought it for his friend's birthday, we have been playing with his friends set lol. I'm getting a set for my son now. I think it is misleading that you have lasers on the box. It's still fun though.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Laser X NXT Max Blasters! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your son are having so much fun with it, and it’s awesome that it’s become a hit with his friends too. We appreciate your feedback about the packaging. While the name “Laser X” is part of the brand, we want to assure you that the blasters don’t use actual lasers. Instead, they use a safe infrared beam, similar to a TV remote, which makes it perfect for kids to enjoy safely. We’re so glad you’re enjoying the game, and we hope your son loves his new set! If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at custserv@nsi-int.com.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 if I could. Paid full price. It’s a light up gun that beeps. No laser 🤣🥸

Laser X does not use a real laser, which would be unsafe for children. It uses a low-power infrared beam similar to a TV remote, which is considered safe for skin and eyes in typical use.

Horrible toy

Horrible toy. It doesn’t even have a laser light so you can see what you are pointing at. I wouldn’t pay even 5 dollars for this toy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your Laser X blaster. For safety reasons, the blasters do not use actual laser beams, since real lasers could be harmful to the eyes. Instead, Laser X uses safe infrared light (similar to a TV remote) that is invisible to the human eye. The blasters are designed to work with the included receivers so players can enjoy an exciting laser tag experience without any safety risks. We understand it may feel different from what you expected, but this ensures safe play for kids and families. If you have any further questions about how the product works or tips for getting the most fun out of the system, our customer care team would be happy to help. You can email them at custserv@NSI-int.com.
