Decent cleanser but not for me.
It’s an okay cleanser for my skin type(normal-dry). However, it doesn’t lather at all, which makes it hard to feel like my face is getting truly clean. I often find myself using much more product than usual for that reason. But it’s not drying so that’s a plus!

Love it so much
Absolutely love this! I have used Clinique for many many years. I have very dry sensitive skin and I have tried many facial washes over the years having worked for Clinique, Lancôme and at Sephora. I had heard wonderful things about this line and decided to try it out. I’m so glad I do, I love it! I have also started using the hydrating moisturizer and it is incredible. I’m excited to try other items from this line as well.

Solid Gentle and Oil Free Face Wash
La Roche-Posay Hydrating Gentle Facial Cleanser is a great face wash. Using it daily and love how it doesn't feel oily on the skin. They offer refills for the bottles. The bottle is sturdy and never had issues with the pump not reaching the product. The design is solid. It has no scent which is nice and it is great for sensitive skin. I recommend this face wash.

Gentle on my rosacea!
I am satisfied with this product. I’ve only been using it for 2 to 3 weeks. It’s officially winter and my skin is dry. This gentle wash does not leave my face feeling dry after use. It has not bothered my rosacea at all! I’m not sure if it’s helping or hurting my acne. Would I buy it again? Yes. But I wouldn’t say I love it.

Formula Change
I’ve been loyal to this cleanser for some time. However, they changed the formula without knowing. They could have at the least put “new formula” on the bottle. I’ve been trying to figure out why my skin has been completely messed up with red bumps and rashes without changing anything in my routine. After stopping this, it’s starting to clear up but had completely ruined my skin and will take time to heal to normal. Definitely not gentle anymore.

Not good at all
I never wrote reviews on cleaners but people need to know how bad this is. I gave it a couple of weeks to see how it works, with horrible results. When I washed my face with this in the shower it seems to install dry onto your skin. I have a new big red pimple right under my eye area which is definitely from this. After the shower even with applying a prescription moisturizer, my skin was still tight and very dry. I don't recommend buying this at all unless you want to damaged your skin even more then it is.
