L'instant by Guerlain Men Eau De Toilette Spray 3.4 oz

The scent opens beautifully with a fresh citrus profile, but unfortunately, the longevity is very weak, lasting only about 30-45 minutes. It seems to lack a solid base note, as the fragrance completely disappears without leaving any trace on my skin. I was also disappointed that Guerlain sent me a batch produced in 2022, rather than a more recent one. Given its fleeting presence, this product feels more like a quick, airy aroma that fades within 10 minutes rather than a lasting fragrance, which makes it less appealing overall.

Has been my favorite cologne for the last 10 years

My favorite cool weather fragrance. Somewhat dry, complex, and balanced between citrusy freshness and a dry chocolate-y (cacao) patchouli. More complex, refined, and less tiring than the Extreme / EDP version. This hints toward vanilla, unlike most other modern fragrances that clobber you over the head with overly sweetened vanilla and amber. (Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, as this has been out just less than 20 years.). Unfortunately, this seems to be a bit less strong and lasting as prior versions (this is the third bottle style).

I have been using this cologne for more than 30 years. I was happy to find it, as the product doesn't seem to be available in any department stores where I live. I was slightly disappointed with the product, the scent does not last and it is not as I have been use to. I remember the scent was very good and lasted all day. Will continue to use it, but maybe next time I might choose the perfume level.
