I’ve been using this product for a few years. I color my hair & use a curling iron daily, damage happens. I get my hair wet, I then move away from the water, I apply the Bond Repair to my hair from the ears area down to the ends, wait a bit - then I shampoo my scalp well & rinse. This leave my hair feeling strong & fuller.

I had high hopes for this pre-shampoo treatment, but it really disappointed me. Instead of making my hair soft or hydrated, it left it feeling dry, dull, and lifeless. I tried giving it a few chances, but it just made my hair feel worse every time. Definitely not worth the money I wouldn’t recommend anything in this brand!!

Works pretty well but not enough for super damaged hair
I have fine thin hair and dry damaged ends. I applied this prior to shampooing and left it on for 10-15 mins. I used a different shampoo and conditioner from another brand. Overall this left my hair feeling super soft and shiny. However, on my really damaged areas it didn't have as significant of an effect. I would say if you have very damaged hair, this might not be enough. It didn't weigh down or make my hair greasy.

Grave’s Disease - Try this!
Scrolling through Reddit searching for “Graves’ disease hair” and got this recommendation. It’s been 2 years of trial and error with other products (no success) and finally - JACKPOT!!! After only a few uses, my hair is the closest to my hair before Graves. Hair ratting up at the crown? GONE. Full and soft hair? BACK! Happy tears!!

Concentrate is faulty
The bond repair concentrate pre shampoo doesn’t wash out. I have tried it 2x. Each time it leaves my hair heavy and greasy. I shampooed 2x with the bond repair shampoo and even used the conditioner afterward. I love all these products but the concentrate goes on like cream cheese and sticks to the hair like thick glue. The process is too lengthy to get bad results like this. I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner since 3 months and decided recently to try the concentrate step. The results are horrible.

Amazing hair repair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample size of the bond repair pre shampoo treatment, I was not familiar with this type of product. I usually just used shampoo and conditioner. My hair is extremely dry and damaged due to color treatments, there are hair products which help with hair damage, but this product was amazing. There was a major difference in the first treatment, my hair looks a lot improved with the pre treatment and more natural, not straw looking like before. This pretreatment is very efficient, I definitely recommend it to anyone with hair damage.

Good results, bad texture.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fine hair prone to frizz and breakage, and after using this product I notice my hair is less frizzy once dry, but when the product is actually in my hair it feels very thick and dry, rather than silky. I like the results but not the formulation, so instead I'd rather use the bond conditioner which is a little thinner. If you have coarse hair though this would probably work good for you!
