Another Kuhn Rikon in my kitchen.

This is my second Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker; my other one is medium sized for smaller tasks. I delight each time I use this large, stock-pot pressure cooker for making bone broths. My only suggestion is that Kuhn Rikon make their pressure cookers with riveted, metal handles. With riveted, metal handles their pressure cookers would be heirloom quality. As they currently are, they are very high quality and work very well.
