These are really good! Could you make a lemon curd filled muffin? I also live the sweet cream pancake mix. As well as other products.

I made the strawberry cheesecake bars per the recipe on the box and it was a disaster. Made the batter as listed, added cream cheese to the filling and used the two cups of sliced strawberries. Cooked as directed and even put it back in the over for about 10 extra minutes. After cooling, I tried to cut it and the entire center of the cake was basically uncooked. I put it in the oven again for about an additional 20 minutes for the center to cook. And by this time the edges were getting burnt. This recipe does not work and I wasted my time trying to get this dish to cook. Your kitchens did not properly test this recipe. I advise you remove it from the packages.

These are delicious and taste especially good with sliced strawberries. I've noticed that they are getting harder to find in store and online, so I hope this mix is not being discontinued! These are definitely a keeper!

My husband loves cheesecake so these muffins were right up his alley. I was afraid they would be too fiddly with the filling but it was really easy to make.

Everything needed was in the box just add some softened cream cheese. A little mixing for both muffin mix and filling. A little muffin mix then some filling, thensome more muffin mix in each muffin cup and bake! I was a little messy with my filling. I don't know why I thought it was going to just go where it was supposed to on its own.lol. So mine didn't look like the picture on the box. I strive for that but it never happens! This was a special treat. I'd definitely like to try more from this brand.

To be fair I haven't tried this but I want to. Please bring these out in gluten free. The blueberry muffins are awesome, it would be awesome to have another GF option.

I hadn’t really thought of trying to do cream cheese muffins before. I would suggest adding the cream cheese to the filling part but you could probably live without it!
