Miss the 1L pump bottle!
I really like this conditioner, but I miss being able to buy it in the larger size (1L pump bottle). I really hope the manufacturer / Target will start carrying that size again! It's hard to a find a fragrance-free, silicone-free conditioner that works well for my hair, and this one does the trick!

this fragrance free shampoo + conditioner gave me a horrible allergic reaction (hives, contact dermatitis). If you are sensitive at all do not use this! It is not worth the trip to urgent care. It is also not worth the expense of prescription ointment needed to treat the allergic reaction this caused.

Love the feel, hate the smell.
This conditioner is supposed to be fragrance free. I believe it is, but with that comes a chemical smell. When I use it, it rinses all over my body and I can smell it after I get out of the shower. I do like the way it makes my hair feel though. So, I put some essential oil in it to help mask the smell. Problem with that is that I am sensitive to scents…. It’s just a shame because it could be so good if it just didn’t smell the way it does!

Simple, Clean and Fragrance Free
Fragrance Free is my new go to for hair care and body care. I love the fact that fragrance free products do not interfere with fragrances that I wear on my body. This conditioner does not leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed down. I also use Kristin Ess Fragrance Free Shampoo and the pair work great together.

This has to be one of the worst conditioners I’ve ever used. I have mid-length brown hair. It’s fine, but I have a lot of it, and it tends to be on the dry side. Shampooing and conditioning with this “shine enhancing” formula left my hair tangled and matted. I could barely get a detangling brush through it. And it definitely didn’t leave my hair shiny - quite the opposite. It looked dull and felt wooly. I have no idea why it has such a high rating. The only nice thing about this product is the packaging and that it’s unscented.

i used this for abt a year because i liked how lightweight everything was, but it dried my hair out, and ive had significant hair loss since using it which i had chopped up to be stress, until id seen that other experienced the same thing. i had been adding oil to the conditioner to add moisture to my hair because the shampoo made my hair feel like rubber. id stay away

A lot of the reviews explained that it made their hair very dry but I had the exact opposite experience with this shampoo. It made my hair very greasy. At first I thought I did not wash my hair properly, after a few try’s with the shampoo and doing my regular hair care routine my hair was extremely greasy at the top of my head and I would have to rinse it out with a different shampoo. The bottle is also very flimsy.
