If your sensitive to scents, this is perfect for you. Truly odorless. However, it will leave your hair soft dry and cause hair fall. You must use a conditioner after. Be careful using this. I will not buy this again. I prefer the clarifying shampoo from them over this. I have very oily fine hair for reference.

Worst shampoo I've ever used
A single washing left my hair squeaky clean: all of the natural oil was stripped. It looked as dry and lifeless as it felt. My teen son had the same experience. We both have straight hair. His hair is oiler and thicker than mine, but the results were the same.

Caution: Causes hair loss
I’ve had this shampoo for a while. My hairdresser noticed that my well water made my hair more dark/greasy, and said a clarifying shampoo would help. I only wash my hair once a week, so I decided to use this shampoo with every shower. After consistently using it once a week for the past 3 months, I’m noticing MAJOR hair loss. Like every time I pull down my pony tail, I’m losing clumps of hair. The only thing I’ve changed in my life/routine is using this shampoo. I’m going to throw out the rest and hope and pray my hair goes back to normal. Cannot recommend this product.

Meh, Not Cleansing or Sudsy Won't Buy Again
I like her other shampoo conditioners, they work and make my hair feel good but the fragrance makes me sick. I wanted unscented hair products because I have asthma and am super sensitive to fragrance (I get bad migraines) I liked these plain b/w bottles better too so I bought this and the matching conditioner. Neither work well on my color treated, long fine hair. The shampoo doesn't spread well and I get tons of tangles so I won't be buying this again. How about stop using these stinky, old lady floral toxic fumes?

Strong scent!
Admittedly I didn’t try the product, but that was because of the overwhelmingly strong citrus-like scent. When something says fragrance free, I expect no smell or very mild. I have massive fragrance/scent allergies, so this is unacceptable. The bottle was open when it arrived so I got hit with the scent immediately. It’s probably not unpleasant but it caused a migraine and flushing all over my face. Conditioner is same issue.

It really is fragrance-free!
Even the tiniest hint of perfume, fragrance, scent... makes me lose my mind. I don't know if the problem is my nose or my brain, but this is an awful issue to have in this world where people walk around with layers of fragrance on them. Thankfully, I found this shampoo! It's a clarifying shampoo, so it'll strip your hair if you use it daily. I have oily hair and terrible hard water, so using this shampoo a couple times a month really helps wash away buildup from those things.

Big no for 3B dry curls
I tried to convice myself to like this shampoo but I can’t put up with using it anymore. It’s not for me. I got down to about 2/10 of a bottle left and just threw out the last bit. It makes my hair feel like it’s going to tear out and makes it insanely dry. It doesn’t lather as well as others so I have to use more product and overall my scalp has been itchy, flaking, and uncomfy. I switched to another shampoo and brand and my hair is already looking and feeling better. I can’t recommend this formula at all based on my experience.

I am normally one to skim through all reviews but am kicking myself that I did not read the negative ones. It is all true. This should be yanked from the shelves. I already suffer from thin hair, so thought nothing of chunks coming out :( my scalp is red and irritated, the itching and flaking is starting today and my hair has been DULL and DRY and brittle.
