A: Recommendation on the box instructions is to put in the oven… however most ppl these days usually owns a air fryer…I would recommend setting the lowest 180 for 3 mins.

A: The serving size for this product is based on the weight (110 grams) as our French Toast Sticks are made by taking a real loaf of bread, slicing it, then slicing the French Toast Sticks from that. The sizes of each piece varies based on whether it is a middle piece, edge piece, etc. The stick serving size should be approximately 14-16 sticks!

Convenient but a little dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this complimentary of Influenster for my honest review. The Kodiak cinnamon French toast sticks were not my favorite. There is plenty of cinnamon flavor, and baked it with the oven instructions, but it still came out pretty dry. Adding maple syrup will definitely help with that. There is 10 g of protein per serving and has great ingredients, 100 percent whole grains. All in all, this is a good, convenient protein packed breakfast.

Do you also struggle to get your adorable, sweet little gremlins to eat protein? Look no further. Same texture as French toast, but some protein too! Be warned-- the buttermilk ones are NOT the same. I used the microwave cooking method. The end pieces were a bit tough. I’m unsure if my time needs to be lower than the 2 minutes. I will try again with the oven method next time.
