A: The serving size for this product is based on the weight (110 grams) as our French Toast Sticks are made by taking a real loaf of bread, slicing it, then slicing the French Toast Sticks from that. The sizes of each piece varies based on whether it is a middle piece, edge piece, etc. The stick serving size should be approximately 14-16 sticks!

We are huge fans of this whole brand at this point I don’t think there is something by far my family hasn’t enjoyed. For this product being a protein product it doesn’t taste like it which I think is our favorite part. Getting the benefits from great tasting food.

Very filling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incentivized but honest review. This was my first time trying Kodiac brand. There were enough French toast sticks for about 3 people, so I shared them with my daughter's. Overall, I liked the crispiness when cooked in the oven, and a small portion was pretty filling. The texture inside was soft and dense, and had a light sweetness. I do think they were lacking in flavor a bit and needed some more cinnamon. These made a quick, filling meal.

They’re an excellent source of protein for a quick, easy breakfast and still manage to taste good—something that’s not always guaranteed with higher-protein foods. Preparation makes a big difference. They turn out much better in a toaster oven, where they get warm and slightly crisp on the outside. When heated in the microwave, they tend to be a little chewy, which takes away from the overall texture. Overall, if you’re short on time but want a protein-packed breakfast that’s satisfying and flavorful, these are a great choice—just skip the microwave if you can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you love French toast but don’t always have time to make it, here’s your new favorite thing. I popped them in the microwave for a couple minutes. Great taste and flavor. Best thing is they don’t dry out and get hard. Just like homemade. On top of that’s it’s loaded with protein. My 5 year old loves these which make my mama heart happy. She’s gets in her protein and likes it too. Pair with some fruit and some honey and mmm mmm mmm.

A decent choice for breakfast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I air fried the sticks for 7-8mins and they were crisp on the outside while staying soft on the inside. I’ve not had others cook up the same way. They tasted very comparable to any other stick I’ve tried. They lose something for claiming to be high protein at only 10g at 330cal. That’s a little disappointing.

Tasted good but not worth the macros.

Overall though, I don’t find the macros very impressive. 4 sticks is 330 calories and only 10g of protein. I might rather just have classic French toast sticks.

Great tasting sneaky source of protein
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were so good! I dolled them up for brunch this past weekend and my boys loved them! I love that Kodiak puts protein in their products because it’s so hard to get my toddler to eat protein. You can’t even really taste any difference between these and other brands but I’d definitely say they’re better than quite a few other brands I’ve tried. Their price is always pretty reasonable and I’m confident I’ll continue using their products.

Delicious

This kept me full through well into the afternoon they were late and fluffy, which is the dash of powdered sugar on top. It melted in my mouth. Highly recommend this is definitely becoming a new breakfast. It was fast and easy to heat up, is full of protein, and the texture was fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love a good French toast stick! A French toast stick with added protein is even better. The Kodiak French toast sticks in the buttermilk are good but not our favorite. They get crispy in the toaster oven which is nice but the flavor is just ok. Not a whole lot going on in the flavor department. The cinnamon version is better in my opinion. They're not sweet on their own either. This is a fast and easy breakfast for me but the kids would prefer something different.

The ingredient list is noticeably better than most frozen breakfast foods, and you can taste the difference. They crisp up perfectly with a light fluffy texture inside and have a great sweetness without going overboard, and the portion size is just right for kids. The flavor is good, but the texture of the bread was a bit thick. Not overly sweet like some other options out there. Getting the extra protein in there is a big plus for these. Thankfully the kids did not seem to mind the healthy option so its a win!
