I was skeptical of them because of the high protein. Most high-protein foods usually taste like nothing but protein and I was shocked that this did not. They cook evenly, are fluffy, and cook fast. Recommend!

Well I was wrong and my honest opinion this was far from what I expected it to be very thick with a dry like feel they have little specks of the chocolate in it. It just really dissatisfied my family and myself.

I was afraid I was going to burn the pancake or under cook it, but they turned out great. I didn’t use syrup or butter or anything on them. The packaging is what you would expect it a box of mix to be. I would love for someone to make a sealable bag because I doubt anyone uses the whole bag the first time often.

However, the it is a bit on the expensive side ( one box made 3 batches, roughly 10 normal sized pancake/waffles) and something in it seems to often upset my wife’s stomach.

It is super easy to use, incredibly fragrant, and works perfectly for pancakes, waffles, and muffins.
