cute in theory but not in application

really love the look of this headband, but jeeze this doesn't work. maybe I'm too old for this kind of thing anymore but it doesn't look good on. it's also way too big when i first put it on, super loose and whatnot. after taking it on and off 3 times it seems to be getting bigger and bigger each time, but somehow there's no elasticity. totally confused on who can wear this
