This pillow for yours it’s hit or miss especially lately. The quality has gone downhill. It was not the same as it used to be flattened fast and inconsistency and medium firmness. Some are full and hard, some soft and flimsy.

Too soft, underfilled
Soft and flat. This is not a medium pillow, let alone a firm pillow. I've only had it for a few weeks and I've already stopped using it. I have the king size and it only takes up half of my pillow case. It easily folds in half with no spring and my head is essentially laying on the bed. I will be looking into how I can return this pillow. It also already had stuffing coming out of the seams.

Love this pillow!! I have tried may different pillow brands and keep coming back to this one. So soft and doesn’t hurt my neck. My only complaint is they don’t last as long as most and start to loose its shape. I have to buy a new one more sooner than I would like.

Definitely returning, very disappointed.
Medium/Firm implies that there is some level of support, but these pillows go completely flat as soon as your head touches them. It feels like you’re laying on nothing, so you might as well have no pillow at all.

Quality Went Down the Gutter
Bought a replacement pillow after a couple of years and the quality has gone way down. My old pillow has substantially more fill and still holds its shape - it was the perfect pillow but was getting old. This new pillow went flat in less than 1 week. What a shame they changed the quality for the worse! Sigh. Back to the drawing board on finding a great pillow.

I loved this pillow the first time I bought it. It was finally needing to be replaced, so I bought the exact same pillow. Target cheapened up this pillow to $4.99 pillow quality. Horrible now. My old one is twice as dense. This thing has your head sink straight to your mattress and folds the sides up to smother you. I'm so sad. The quest for a new type of pillow is the worst. I assumed I'd be set. Not happy at all
