These pillows are the opposite of firm. It says firm right on the label. Its almost like they had a mix up at the factory or something. Super unsupportive.

Filling polyester and it said 100% cotton. Would have bought another cheaper one since it is polyester filling . Thought by description was cotton filling and is the same bad pillow filling . Bad for my disability . Too expensive for cheaply made .

I bought firm down-alternative Casaluna pillows 3 years ago and they were my absolute favorite. Fast forward to last week - I bought a new pillow and can confirm, these are NOT the same. They're very thin and plush. Based on other reviews, it seems to be a common experience. Bummer.

I am a stomach and side sleeper and this pillow felt like my head would slide off. I would wake up in the middle of the night because of how uncomfortable I was. We use them mainly to prop ourselves up while watching tv or reading a book in bed. But otherwise, they’re not comfortable to sleep on and they mainly get tossed to the floor or end of the bed. Idk what it is about them. They’re just lumpy and not great for back sleepers.
