This coffee pot was great until it just stopped working. We've had it just over a year. I clean and descale our pot regularly. We only use filtered water. I just bought our 3rd Keurig in a 4 year span. I love my Keurig's, but it's ridiculous they have barely lasted over a year so far.

Don't buy!!!
This model has given me trouble after the second brew in it. I have a larger more advanced model for home and love it. This one literally clogs after every brew and I end up cleaning messes up. i bought it for work and never yook the time to return it and I should have. I wasted my money for sure with this.

I had this for a month and a half and can no longer use it. I put a k cup pod in it, it failed to pierce the bottom of the pod and when I opened the lid several minutes after trying to brew it, steam blew upwards and killed the electronics. Now it won't even turn on. Glad I got this half off, but still very disappointing.
