Healthy and Easy Breakfast

I used to struggle with breakfast. My stomach didn't accept much in the morning leaving me hangry before lunch. So I started drinking this for breakfast every day and its been a game changer. So good and so flavorful!

Supports my fast.

I use Kettle & Fire bone broth to aid in my Intermittent fasting. I have been only having one substantial meal every other day. On the off day, I have Kettle & Fire bone broth fortified with Redmond sea salt to hydrate and satiate any hunger.

BEST flavor!

This is my favorite of all the Kettle and Fire Broths! So tasty, filling, and full of protein. This is the perfect drink to have in the morning prior to the gym, midday when you need a fix-me-up, or in the evenings when I need to wind down. Would recommend to EVERYONE!
