Absolute worst tasting product I've ever tried!
I had high hopes for this, but the second it hit my taste buds I knew there was no chance I could make myself drink these… even if they did work. I cannot even put into words how repulsive the taste of this was. These will be returned and I’ll find another option for energy, one that doesn’t make me gag.

Ketone IQ has become
Ketone IQ has become part of my daily routine. I take it in the morning, during intermittent fasting, and sometimes during training, usually mixed with my sports drink. It keeps my energy and focus steady and gives me that extra edge when I need it. I found out the Dutch cycling team Visma | Lease a Bike uses it too, which made me curious to try it. Since then, I've really noticed a difference in both my performance and recovery.

I am not an extreme
I am not an extreme athlete, but I am a senior executive who takes Ketone-IQ right before a high-stakes or intense meeting. I find it helps me to really dial in, stay present, focused, and quick-witted. I also take it sometimes pre-workout if I am feeling tired or sluggish. I LOVE this stuff. When I first did a shot, I felt like massive brain fog had lifted. I also practice intermittent fasting, and Ketone-IQ helps at those moments when I feel like I want to eat, but I really want to extend my fast; it gets me over the hump. In doubt? Just try it! Also, the Raspberry Lemonade and Peach taste great!

65-year-old female still going strong. 5'3" 129ish lbs thanks to eating Keto and using Ketone IQ. I have been using Ketone IQ for about three years now, and it has been an absolute boon to my overall health, energy and brain power. I work as a server and bartender in a fast-paced upscale restaurant. Speedy, efficient multitasking is a must in my job and Ketone IQ has been a vital part of being able to stay on top of my service game. My job is the equivalent to a cardio/weightlifting cross fit work out that lasts five to seven hours, six days a week. I average between 15,000 to 25,000 steps a day, between my job and my home life. I start my day with the product and have a shot in my apron that I use about three hours into my shift. It gives me the "pop" I need to keep going and the best part is it doesn't keep me awake at night.

it is convenient for
it is convenient for taking the liquid form Ketone-IQ. however, I am not sure if the product I ordered is effective. when I test ketone level by finger stick one hour after consumption (1 shot), it was only 0.4 mmol/L like baseline level. when I consumed other keto pre workout product (ketone salt powder form, 1 serving 6g) , it shows 1.3 mmol/L. so, the ketone-IQ product I ordered might not be effective. I put the product in frig as soon as they arrived. not sure what's wrong.
