Absolute worst tasting product I've ever tried!
I had high hopes for this, but the second it hit my taste buds I knew there was no chance I could make myself drink these… even if they did work. I cannot even put into words how repulsive the taste of this was. These will be returned and I’ll find another option for energy, one that doesn’t make me gag.

I was taken by all the social media buzz by people I have listened to for quite awhile, but frankly, I cannot say I have felt anything like what others have claimed. Enery, focus...etc?? Nope!! Further, I didn't think anything could taste worse than 5 Hour energy which I tried briefly many years ago. Cheers to those who have benefitted from you product, but I must honestly say I have not. I will probably return most of my purchase.

I'm probably not your average Keyone IQ user. I have a chronic illness that causes inflammation and other issues in my brain. The brain consumes both ketones and glucose as fuel and using Ketone IQ gives my brain another, much needed fuel source. I absolutely feel more alert with less brain fog when I use it. My normie husband says he notices a difference too. Winner.

After months of On and Off use, trying to determine if these Ketone-IQ shots are suitable for me, I can now confidently say they work extremely well! Very different in the way they provide energy, unlike anything I tried before; not just for muscles but also for the brain, notably improving clarity and focus, really amazing. Another benefit I discovered is that they significantly reduce cravings for sugars, which typically happen during a busy morning. Fantastic overall! I'm now using these daily.

Ketone IQ has become
Ketone IQ has become part of my daily routine. I take it in the morning, during intermittent fasting, and sometimes during training, usually mixed with my sports drink. It keeps my energy and focus steady and gives me that extra edge when I need it. I found out the Dutch cycling team Visma | Lease a Bike uses it too, which made me curious to try it. Since then, I've really noticed a difference in both my performance and recovery.

My wife and I both t
My wife and I both tried it and we still have a lot of the product left to go. We didn't notice any of the benefits of higher energy or improved focus. I'm already at a high ketone state and probably don't need it as my energy levels and focus are already high. My wife really could have used the boost in those areas and she feels it had little to no effect. Also, the taste is quite frankly terrible. Very metallic tasting with a long lasting after taste neither one of us liked. We both just tried it once and we have 22 more to go so maybe the taste will grow on us or maybe we see better results but right now we have no interest in reordering. Hope this review helps.
