Kerastase Genesis Anti Hair-Fall Fortifying Hair Serum, 3.04 oz

I’ve been trying so many serums and remedies. From argan oil, to castor oil to different brands of hair serums. Took vitamins, because ferritin, zinc and magnesium are also important, and my hair still fell too much. Of course the stress is probably the main factor, but I started using Kerastase Genesis 4 weeks ago and I saw results after a week. I never had so little hair fallouts when brushing or washing my hair. I recommended it to all my friends who struggle with hair loss. I use 4 pipettes every morning (love the fact that it’s not greasy). I will do the recommended 6 weeks treatment, but I already bought 2 extra bottles for maintenance. Does anyone do maintence after treatment? I wonder if after 6 weeks I should reduce to 2 pipettes a day or use 4 every few days.

Recommended treatment six to seven weeks. The Kerastase website and vendor do not advise that the quantity in one bottle, even at three pipettes up to the black line per day, is insufficient. I have followed the instructions exactly and have already used half the bottle in ten days. In order to continue the treatment for the full period a second bottle is required doubling the price,

Bought this recently as I’d heard amazing things but it makes a hair feel awful when applying and goes sort of crispy. Hair fall/ growth hasn’t changed

I’d been eyeing this for months and finally bought it two months ago when it went on sale. It feels nice and soothing on the scalp and smells amazing. However, after using it for a while, I didn’t notice any difference in my hair fall. Besides, it gets used up fast based on recommended amount. Unfortunately, I won’t be repurchasing it.

I had high hopes Espically with so much social media hype and no negative review anywhere. On the first week noticed significant amount of shedding thought it was normal but it got worse where I started to see bald spot got scared and had to stop and hair fall became better. It’s expensive and sad to see no honest review.

I got the 90ml serum hoping it would help with my hair fall but the fragrance is very strong and it clings onto my pillow. If fragrance doesnt bother you id say get this but if you have sensitive nose like mine i wouldnt recommend. Im worried this also triggered my migraine 😔

So far I’m on my 3rd and I have shed more hair than what I did before so I don’t know whether to stop or continue. It’s making me so self conscious.

Is this expensive… yes! However, I was at a loss… my hair was shedding in clumps! When washing my hair in the shower the hair loss would block the plug… it was horrific… blood tests all “normal” no explanation why my beautiful thick hair was shedding like crazy. Came across this bottle recommendation, thank god I splurged! I am on my third bottle, other than around 10 strands max I now notice no hairs in the plug … my hair looks healthier but I am using this with the genesis shampoo too! I’ve even got little sprouting hair appearing around my hairline… Honestly give this a go, my hairdresser even noted & was shocked at the extreme turnaround, she went from telling me to get my bloods tested immediately due to the amount of hair loss to saying what are you doing as you have had no hair loss during your hair wash! I started using this in Dec 24 and immediately after around 2 weeks noted the reduction in hair loss :)

It makes my hair so greasy and fragrance is so strong which gives me a headache.

I've been using this product for only a week and I must say I'm impressed with the fact that I can already see less hair fall. I have to mention Ive been struggling with hair fall for the past year due to birth control use and nothing else worked. The only problem I have with the product is that it doesn't last for 6 weeks as it says. I've already used half of the product according to recommendation which means it will only last for 2 weeks. Considering the price, I think this is a problem. It seems like alot of product gets lost during the application because of the pipette. Very expensive for only 2 weeks of use. I will definetly repurchase but it would be nice if the product could be applied more precisely!

This is my second bottle and really enjoying using it! Seeing a difference in my hair now so think I’ll be keeping up with Kerastase products

I do like all products from kerastase and already using most products long time. First time bought this serum and love it

Bought 2 bottles hoping that I would get good result, but unfortunately this product did Not work for me. Cannot recommend this product.

With the shampoo and conditioner, it makes a positive different to my dry, fine and damaged hair.

I have noticed a definite difference in hair growth since using this product and it smells divine

Absolute waste of money compared to the homme version. I was looking for the female version initially but the store didn't have any left in stock so they suggested I try the male serum. From the very first use of Homme it reduced my hairfall and I was in love. After I finished it I thought I'd try the female because surely it would be just as good if not better? Wrong. My hairfall has increased tenfold after using it daily for a week. Clearly the creatine is the defining factor between the two. Don't waste your money ladies! Go straight to genesis homme instead.
