Do NOT Buy!
If I could give this product a "0", I would. I bought this necklace in May of 2024 for my 11-year old daughter. I expected that because it has the "Kendra Scott" name, it would hold up, and be supported by, Kendra Scott. Wrong! According to Kendra Scott, the Target "Kendra Scott" jewelry is manufactured by Target (or a third party selected by Target) and Kendra Scott has no control over that manufacturing process. As a result, they don't stand by "their" products. Target told me that I have to contact Kendra Scott because I'm outside the Target 90-day return window (but well within Kendra Scott's 1-year window.) (The issue is that the finish has completely tarnished, and that's with never having been worn in the shower or swimming.)

This is my first Kendra Scott necklace but it won’t be my last. The quality is incredible for this target collab. I went with the forest Green because it reminded me of my son’s birthstone and I wanted to stack it with my MAMA necklace from another brand. I went with the target version because of the price point and it exceeded my expectations. The reviews seemed to be mixed but I’m very happy I took a chance and purchased this necklace.

Bad for the Kendra Scott brand
If I could give this a half star I would. I bought 6 of these necklaces for my nieces for Christmas. They looked great for the first couple months and then they started to tarnish. Because it was outside of the three months return window, they would do nothing about it. Even though it’s Kendra Scott brand, Kendra Scott would not even guarantee their necklaces sold at Target and directed me back to Target. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’ll never buy a “Kendra Scott” necklace from there again. I have had no issues with my Kendra Scott necklace purchased from an authorized boutique.

Terrible quality
These Target Kendra Scott necklaces may look like the original KD jewelry but they are nowhere near the same quality. I have KD necklaces that are over 5 years old and they have held up perfectly fine. I purchased the mother of pearl one in February and by May it was fully tarnished. Absolutely terrible quality and not worth it. Spend a few more dollars and get a real KD straight from their site instead.
