I have shared this already but the bracelet came in no packaging at all. Loose down in the box under the bottom flap of box with no bubble wrap and in nothing like a small baggie like the other one came in. But most importantly, it came with a security tag on it that I had to take back to store to get it taken off! I was disappointed in this part but bracelet seemed ok.

Very Poor Packing Job - only complaint
The way you see it in the picture is exactly how they packed it. It should’ve been in some kind of box and at the very least in some kind of felt inside of a Ziploc bag with packing paper and that’s my big complaint. Otherwise everything seems to be fine, but somebody needs to correct us for future customers

Ordered two bracelets for Christmas gifts. Received box with bracelets lying loose in the box. No bag or protection of any kind. Stones were scuffed up, and gold was scratched from some kind of metal ring ring attached. Now they look cheap! Incompetent packaging. Won't send replacements until they receive these back. So much for Christmas gifts now...

I ordered this bracelet to be delivered for my daughters 14 birthday and it came in an envelope and it was damaged. I took it back to the store and tried to have another one delivered and was told it would be mailed the same way and probably come damaged again.
