Crumbles upon touch
Cannot use these for a dip or spread. I had no other crackers for a dip I made last night. Absolutely unacceptable! What am I suppose to do with cracker crumbs?

I want a divorce, Townhouse.
Townehouse crackers have been favorite for all of my 56 years. They’ve been great with all kinds of spreads, sliced charcuterie meats and cheeses, and even crumbled up in some soup. And don’t even get me started on the joys of peanut butter schmeared on them. The crumbs were also my family’s got-to for toppings on casseroles, and they were a good stand-in for bread crumbs in recipes. But the whole Townhouse experience has been declining over the past several years. It started with some ingredient change that made them break too easily. Also the flavor started to decline, but for a long time they still tasted ok enough that I thought my tastes were changing. It didn’t occur to me that the crackers were so I brushed it off, along with the thousands of crumbs on my lap, and my fierce loyalty kept me buying them. Mind, I had no idea the company had been sold. Since then Townhouse crackers have gotten progressively worse each year, and by now they resemble nothing of the original townhouse cracker except for the shape. They are absolutely flavorless, dry, weirdly pale for a baked product, and they break if you so much as look at them. And it should go without saying that they should taste like Townhouse freakin Crackers. Sadly, after 50+ years of being my favorite cracker, I’m breaking up with you.

Town House Original used to be my go-to crackers. They were always a little crumbly, but I continued getting them for the price value & taste. Keebler must have changed the ingredients because they now crmble as soon as I open the cellophane wrapper. Switching to Keebler Club crackers.

Feedback on Townhouse Crackers Quality
Here’s a professional yet firm email you can use: --- I wanted to share some feedback regarding your Townhouse crackers. They have long been my favorite, but recently I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality. The last two boxes I purchased had roughly half the crackers in each sleeve broken into crumbles. Because they crumble with the slightest pressure, it’s nearly impossible to spread anything on them. This has been very disappointing, as I’ve always enjoyed your product and recommended it to others. I hope you can look into this issue and restore the quality that made Townhouse crackers a household favorite. If this continues, I may have to find a new go-to cracker brand, which I’d prefer not to do. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Townhouse Dippers
Love the taste, they do tend to break in packaging. I miss the Dippers, not the thin ones. Great for heavy dips, and chili, and they didn't break up in the packaging. Please bring them back.

Last Box of Broken Crackers
I'll have to find another.brand of crackers since most boxes of Town House contain sleeves of broken crackers. I suspect this is the result of Shrinkflation where the manufacturer are making thinner crackers that subsequently are more prone to breaking during transport.

Disappointed cracker
I have been buying these crackers for 30 years but I will not buy another box!! At least 1/3rd of them are broken and the ones that are intact, you can’t spread soft butter on because they break!! They’re too expensive to be this inedible.

I buy these all the time. The past few years these crackers are not the greatest. It crumbles. Falls apart. A complete joy killer of what a cracker represents. What's the point of buying a cracker if it's all crumbs before you even open the box?

Box of Crumbs
Townhouse crackers are my disabled elderly father's favorite snack of all time, besides chocolate, but he has been so frustrated with consistently damaged product he asked we stop buying them. Too many puchases in a row, they are not just cracked but totally smashed to crumbs. I'm not sure what the issue is, my guess being poor handling in shipment or insufficient cushioning - I work in grocer retail myself and see semi-fragile products like this get ruined often. But now I'm seeing this is many other's experience no matter what store they buy from, so maybe it is ingredient or quality control at the factory? Regardless, I hope the issue is identified and resolved. The taste he loves is still there, but the literal cracker itself is nonexistent - buying this product in its current state is paying for a box of crumbs.

Crumbly Crackers
Quality control has gone down the tubes. I've been buying these for years, but in the last year or so a high percentage of the crackers are a crumbly mess. How can you put cheese on a cracker, when there's no cracker left to put the cheese on. Why would you be selling a product that has that many defects? Makes you wonder about the other products Kellogg sells.

Terrible product anymore
I bought these to have for a cheese tray! Opened the sleeve and every cracker literally crumbled in my hand!
