Cracker has changed
What have you done to our beloved Club Crackers? The shrinkage of the cracker is obvious as the packaging of crackers is very loose within the boxes. The taste and texture is not buttery at all. Almost stale-like. Not serving these at our holiday get together.

New recipe tastes awful!
I always purchase Club crackers around the holidays. I recently ate some crackers with cheese and realized immediately that the signature buttery taste is gone. Who does your taste testing because this new recipe is awful?

My wife and I thought we were going nuts, what happened to our favorite crackers? Sure enough, the internet says that they changed the recipe. I guess dense, sugary, and oily is what their marketing says people like. We will buy other brands now.

Nostalgia Has Left The Building
Bring back the butter and texture. Club Crackers used to be THE top shelf snack from my childhood, a go-to for special occasions. Back in the day, Club were to crackers what Milano were to cookies, IYKYK. Nostalgia has left the building.

Used to be my favorite... now I'm throwing away the box I just bought. These are horrible now, never buying again. Yet another example of a corporation being so disconnected from their product line that they arbitrarily make changes and destroy an American classic. You would have been better off just discontinuing them. So sad.

Disappointed
What's happened to club crackers? They used to be flaky and a ri h buttery flavor in the 1970's. So disappointing. Having guests over. Grabbed a box of Club thinking, a guaranteed good cracker. Nope. Not anymore.

Recipe changed and not for the better
The recipe change took away their buttery taste and texture. The new version is like they’re made with just flour and water. No thanks! I will no longer buy these!

If this is the “Original” recipe, go back to the other one. You have ruined the taste of my favorite crackers. Did you have your customers taste test these before deciding to change the recipe? Please change it back!

Recipe changed in a bad way.
I used to love these crackers. I would most often eat them with cottage cheese. Now the taste has changed and they are way too salty. I opened a package three days ago and would normally eat one package in one setting. I still haven't finished that package. They taste terrible now. This will be my last box.

Poor substitute for original club crackers
Used to love club crackers. Never used to tell difference in product between a club cracker and a townhouse cracker other than the shape of the cracker. Now you can the new club crackers are brittle and pretty much tasteless not buttery at all. Almost like cracker is over baked and dry. Townhouse are much better now Tha club crackers. That maybe why you don't find townhouse crackers on sale as much as club crackers are.

Bad Cracker made by bad company
I don’t know what this company is thinking. I know it’s a soulless entity with no motive but profit, but the cracker tastes like cardboard between this batch and the last I bought the difference is staggering. Shame on you.
