It’s primarily made of shelled peanuts, bound together with ingredients such as dextrose, gelatin, glycerin, and a bit of honey, creating a dense, high-energy nut cake that birds love. This peanut cake is easy to use: instead of scattering seeds and dealing with mess or waste, you simply place the cake into a cake feeder designed for seed cakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The birds loved it but so did the squirrels, they would try to open the cage up a lot so take that how you will. But it attracted lots of birds as well so I’m happy with this product.

Blue Jays!

Good quality nut cake!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality and brand. Stays together and isn’t brittle. The birds, especially woodpeckers, loved it! I like that it’s bigger than other seed and suet cakes I’ve recently experienced and that it lasts so much longer (as long as the squirrels don’t get to it).
