Poor quality
Poor quality. Over half the box was crumbs. What I was able to pick out was pretty good cereal but I am not paying for 60 percent crumbs.

Once tasty; not tasteless
For 15 years, this was my everyday cereal. Nice texture and crunch, not too sweet, pleasant level of cinnamon, no malted barley. Now it’s tough, essentially tasteless so have to add cinnamon to it. Now I have to look for a new everyday cereal. Too bad Kashi is NOT loyal to customers, even as it wants loyalty.

Did the recipe change for cinnamon harvest cereal?
We used to love this cereal! I recently bought 4 boxes on different occasions and the recipe must have changed. There is no cinnamon or slight sweetness at all anymore. So sad as this was a staple for breakfast and/or snacking.

I have been eating this cereal for several years because it was delicious. I purchased 2 boxes of what is called the new look. The results of the new look addition are horrible, the texture is tough and hard, taste is nowhere close to the previous version. I have disposed of both boxes and am so disappointed. Whoever changed this product need to be terminated.

These Kashi Cinnamon Biscuits used to be one of my faves, but now they're just plain wheat biscuits...absolutely disappointed and will no longer be buying. It seems shrinkflation has affected the recipe of these as well...unfortunate 🙁

I have been a fan of the cinnamon harvest cereal for many years but recently I noticed a change in the taste. Although Kashi advertises “cinnamon in every bite”, there is only cinnamon in maybe half the biscuits. The others are plain. Please stop cheating the customers and falsely advertising because we notice when you cut corners!

Cinnamon is MIA
This was my favorite cereal. For 3 months now, maybe longer, they taste very plain and blain. They taste like the plain wheat. There is hardly if any cinnamon in them. Some of the biscuits have no cinnamon at all on them. And we are paying the same price.

Last 2 boxes terrible!!
This has always been one of our favorite go to cereals. But, the last 2 boxes we bought recently were TERRIBLE!! No cinnamon flavor or sweetness at all! Just tasted like plain bland shredded wheat biscuits! Please fix this.

Should be a 5! But the new looking box tasted like shredded wheat. Some biscuits had the orig. taste, but most had none. Don't understand. What happened to the small cinnamon biscuits? I told my kids to eat them as a snack. (They don't like cereal) Now, they're gone??
