My son likes the spikes, the faded green colors and the size of the stegosaurus.

Love this, just hate how it doesnt open its mouth

This is a very well made toy. I am impressed with the look and feel of this toy. Very sturdy. Highly recommended!

got this guy on clearance/sale few months ago nice figure in general. would buy again just for a herd of them.

Amazing figure for Stego lovers. It really is just a nice figure, paint job is nice for the price. Some may have an issue cuz the tail is definitely a few shades brighter than the body. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because the figure really should have an open mouth articulation or second head attachment. Not sure why Mattel didnt do it, since most of the carnivorous dinosaurs have it. Makes posing with carnivores slightly lackluster.

Bought this ahead of time in November to get the Christmas shopping out of the way for our 5 yo Dino fanatic. Package arrived damaged, which was a total bummer. On the fence abour returning as the toy is perfect, but the box is very messed up.

The toy is great but has same cons. Ignore the people complaining about the mouth actiluation because if the did that the figure would look weird.The figure looks movie accurate,the paint is spot on too. I saw another review for the same figure and it said "don't buy this toy because the paint will come off of the figure using alcohol wipe" .just to let you know ow alcohol wipe take off any paint of a toy. Only bad thing about this figure is that it can't be on all 4s because the front is hollow,but you can have the tail down and fix it

Great detail but very limited in movement. The tail barely moves and the mouth doesn't open.

the lost world is one of my least cared for jurassic movies, but it gave us this beautiful design for an iconic dinosaur. firstly, the paint is excellent for the most part they nailed almost every detail. this figures articulation is great, i especially love how the front legs rotate out. two of my only complaints is that the bottom jaw doesn't articulate and the bendywire tail is thick so i can't get it into good poses very well. overall a great hammond collection figure and iconic dinosaur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a review of the Jurassic World Hammond Collection Stegosaurus. I let me 8 year old niece play with this while she was visiting. She loves dinosaurs and stegosaurus is her 2nd favorite dinosaur. She really appreciated the detail in the toy. She spent a lot of time posing it in different positions outside and taking pictures of it in the flower planters. She was a little afraid of breaking it at first as the joints were a little tight in the legs but once I told her not to worry and just keep pushing she found all kinds of new poses. Then she discovered that the tail could also be bent more than she thought it could and that opened up even new possibilities. She spent a couple of hours playing with "Stevie" before she had to leave but not before making her parents promise that they would see if the collection includes a version of ankylosaurus which is her 1st favorite dinosaur. She's a big fan of Camp Cretaceous. Overall I think this is a great toy for the right child. The looks of the dinosaur are very faithful to the movie animals and the articulation opens up a lot of possibilities. I would be nice if there was a little info sheet printed on the box or included inside that lets you know how much the joints can be bent and that the tail is also slightly bendable. The detail of the toy also looks great just displayed on a shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In this house love dinosaurs! The size of this dinosaur is fantastic, It’s made very well, very sturdy and durable. The size and quality of this toy will provide hours of play time for my kids. My kids want every dinosaur from this collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rather large plastic model of a Sterosaurus came in 2 pieces. It was easy to asseble. The colors seem to follow the generally accepted guesses for appearance. I can't figure out why it is listed for 15 year olds. It is too large to swallow so it would be ok for little kids to play with. It has moveable legs at the shoulders. Other than that, it doesn't do anything. Once assebled it just sits on the shelf. Because of its size it takes up a lot room. If you are in to Jurasic Park it might be a fun decoration, but according to my 11 (male), 13(male), 14(female), and 15(female) year old Grand kids it isn't really any fun to play with. For a serious collector it may be something they would like to have. My grand kids said they would like to give this model away.

The detail is impressive, from the textured skin to the realistic coloring. It’s sturdy enough to withstand rough play, and the movable legs and tail make it more interactive. We've used it for imaginative play at home and even brought it along on a road trp and it held up great. Highly recommend for any young dinosaur enthusiast!
