Q: How do you know when it is charging? I plugged the charger into it but I do not see a light indicating it is actively charging.

  • A: When charging, the indicator light on the charger should turn red, and it will switch to green once fully charged. If there is no light at all, the charger or charging port may be defective. Please contact our after-sales support at tgjoyracer@hotmail.com and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Q: Does the “dump bed” actually dump or does the door just open up?

  • A: For this model, the rear “dump bed” simply opens the tailgate to place or remove items. It does not have a lifting mechanism and cannot automatically raise or lower.

Extremely dissapointed in customer service.

This is a Christmas gift so we don't know as of yet how it runs or how good it is. I'm going to rate the company that sells these. I give them a 1 star rating for them "blowing us off" as far as customer service goes. We emailed them several times because we believe they sent the wrong "frame". Sent them pictures and they kept telling us to watch the video, which we did several times. If they were actually listening to our concerns they would have know what we were talking about. Because we didn't get an answer I ordered another one just in case so it would be here by Xmas and sure enough the second one was the correct "frame". I attached pictures which showed them what we were talking about and no response several times. The slots for the seat attachement were in the wrong spot. When we received the second one I ordered thankfully they were in the correct spot. I have since returned the first one to Target. Please share this review so other customers will be on the look out for imperfections and incorrect parts and so they won't have to deal with an imcompetant customer care employee who just blew us off and didn't reply or listen to our concerns. I'm hoping we get better results from the actual product. Stay tuned.

Received the Jeep early, Not sure what all the fuss is about? Jeep was easily assembled in 30 min. Tested it and everything works great. Can't wait to give it to my son for his 2nd birthday.

Not worth the price!

Very disappointed in the quality for the high price, Very cheaply made. It is much smaller than expected. Seats are tiny. The front lights on wheels have no where to plug in and must be rigged.
