Q: Does the LED turn on and off automatically or is there a remote to turn it off during the day? Also does the same electical feed that controls the pump also feed the lights or are they independent?

  • A: Hi - there is no remote or cord control for the light or the fountain. If you'd like to turn the light and fountain off you simply unplug the cord. The design offers a great accent for patio spaces and outdoor areas. Hope this information helps, thank you for the questions!

Pretty - but should have used a pump with auto shut off valve!

The fountain looks very pretty. Easy to set up. But, so far no birds stopping by, and I have to top off the water in bottom basin every day to avoid pump running dry. Not sure why they didn't use a pump with auto shut off valve??

Love it...but I cannot get the water to travel up to top tier

I love my fountain but when I plugged it in, pump came on, sounded normal but water does not travel up and come out on top tier....does this take time ? Is there something that I may have missed ? I LOVE my fountain but I also want it to work ! HELP ? Any advice ?

Measures up

Looks great! looks like real stone but light to move around and set up. Good value for the price. It could have been a little taller but it is 44" in height as advertised. 50" would have scaled better.

The fountain is lovely. I love hearing the water running.

This went together very easily. It is lovely. The birds love it especially the Blue Jay's. Thank you very much for such quick and efficient delivery.
